*About half of the beans were wind blasted in the hurricane. They are still good to eat. However, the farm bean recipes are posted on the website. Please try the Vegetable-Walnut pate recipe contributed by Aunt Esther. In our opinion, it tastes better than liver pate and all the bean blemished will disappear.
**Some of the corn may be too small to eat. Most will have caterpillars or caterpillar damage. If you are finicky, then please give the corn to friends, neighbors, or sell it back to the farm.
