Note: If you are unfamiliar with kohlrabi, here are a couple of ideas. 1. Cut into small sticks, as you would with carrot, and serve with vegetable dip. 2. Cut into pieces and add to your stir fry. 3. Steam and serve with butter and salt. 4. Grate kohlrabi over your salad.
