**Regarding hot peppers: the long green peppers are hot; the large blackish/green that look a little like a bell pepper are Pablano, or Mexican Stuffing, peppers which are only slightly hot; the three peppers in a plastic bag are only slightly hot and can be used without worry in stir fry and salad.
